Absolute rubbish. Bought packs of diabetic socks for my husband. When they arrived the leg opening was so small he could not get his feet in them. He has not got outsized feet, size 9 and socks were 6-11 and could not even get them as far as his heel. Contacted House of Slippers to report that they were faulty and was dismissed then told that they did not replace socks and we should try to stretch them. We only opened one pack and only tried one pair on although they all were the same narrow top.Would have sent them back anyway but was not prepared to pay postage. I was surprised at their attitude especially as they have a legal obligation to accept returns of online purchases particularly faulty ones. As diabetic socks are supposed to fit gently round the ankle so as not to create problems with circulation it is extra annoying, would suggest anyone buying socks tries Sock Shop or another outlet!
